Borbála Takács

Fulbright Visiting Student

Borbála Takács is a doctoral student in social psychology. Her research centers on how sport-based development programs can reduce prejudice and promote social inclusion, and her goal is to connect academia with the field work.

She is currently conducting research at the University of California, Santa Barbara and at Adelphi University, New York due to a Fulbright Visiting Student Scholarship.

Biography

She holds a M.A. in Intercultural Psychology and Education from Eötvös Loránd University, and a B.Sc. degree in Recreation Management and Health Improvement along with a Volleyball Coach certificate from the University of Physical Education in Hungary. She studied at the University of Bologna during her M.A. due to an Erasmus+ and Campus Mundi scholarship. She is a co-founder and president of a nonprofit called KacsaKő Association.
